Emergency Medical Services Facility – Cranberry Township

The Cranberry EMS building started in May of 2013.  The project progressed ahead of schedule with an aggressive time table to get the local EMS workers into their new building just after New Year’s 2014.  The new state of the art facility houses 4 garages for emergency medical vehicles, administration offices, and a fully equipped housing suite on the top floor with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and media room.  This project was bid at $874,000 and R.A. Glancy self-performed 35% of the work.

North Fayette Municipal Building – North Fayette Township

Richland Township Municipal Building – Richland Township

The Richland Township Municipal building was a ground up, new one-story, 12,670-square-foot facility.  The $5 million facility serves the community in many facets including a meeting area for community groups as well as local veterans’ organizations. This steel structure entailed working out new infrastructure routes, extensive excavation,  geo-thermal wells, and thoughtful green building elements that give this distinctive structure its character.

Baierl Center of Excellence – North Allegheny School District

The Baierl Center of Excellence has become a facility for student and community activity in North Allegheny. The Baierl Center is a $2.3 million, 48,000 square-foot building that includes: a 130-foot-by-100 foot activity room, 3,500 square-feet of furnished meeting and conference space, four locker rooms, a concession stand, restroom facilities, a 3,500 square-foot fitness center, an extensive trainer’s room, and an indoor walking and jogging facility.

Legacy Fields Sports Complex – Quaker Valley School District

The Legacy Fields of Quaker Valley School District involved months of extensive excavation and moving dirt.  Hundreds of feet of storm drainage were installed under the 35 acres of land where the new Quaker Valley School District Baseball fields now rest.   One baseball field was designed as a practice field and the second one was designed to mimic PNC Park with full dugouts, LED scoreboard, bleachers, concession stand, and broadcast booth overlooking the main field from behind home base.  This project was completed ahead of schedule and on budget at $743,000.
